We respect schedules. This is a complex process, but the team leader has to know the work will get done within a predictable framework. We’ll give a realistic time frame and provide regular updates, plus reports if issues arise. We’ll do everything possible to meet the deadline.

The client has a right to expect clear, timely information on specifications and expectations, project status, changes to the scope of work, and any issues that present. The engineering team needs regular updates on hardware and software integration, troubleshooting, and the resolution of challenges. Overall, we’ve seen through rich experience how taking care to build and maintain relationships reduces defensiveness, increases creativity, and improves problem-solving.
